Koh Lanta
Our stay so far has been up and down. Up, because of the beautiful ocean and food and down due to injuries. Will explain later in post. We spent a couple of days relaxing and chilling around the resort. It was great as we found one particular restaurant which had great food, drink and staff. The "So Good" restaurant is a great place to dine. Yesterday being Sunday the 1st of May we hired some scooters and went to Old Town. The town was really pretty and had a nice feel about it. The journey there was quite slow as Amanda had never ridden a scooter before. Jordan was thankful he was on the back of mine. We came back chilled and went for a swim. We drove to the town near the pier where we had yummy street food. Satay, spring rolls and a noodle dish all for $8nz.
This morning Monday we decided to go to the markets before we had to give the scooters back for breakfast. Not such a good idea! We went to turn around as Amanda saw a shack the looked quite good to eat at. Unfortunately as she accelerated she also had her hand on the break so the bike fell over and so did Amanda and Liam. Liam has a couple of grazes and Amanda has a really saw arm so I took both boys back and then returned the scooters. That's was down point number 2. Number 1 was Liam got blisters from the sun so after 2 days was to sore so he pretty much stayed inside out of the sun. He is all good now except for the couple of grazes.
Jordy has decided he wants an earring because Jamie has one so we might get him one which I am sure he chicken out.

Leaving NZ
We left NZ on the 25th of April, 2016 to begin our journey to Jordan. First though our 3plus months travelling through SE Asia. We begin the journey on the 27th as that is the day we left Bangkok and also thankfully left our luggage with Proud. We flew out from Bangkok to Krabi then a transfer onto our favourite island Koh Lanta. The boys still pretty tired so when we got to our resort they chilled in the room while Amanda and I went to look at the restaurants on the beach and of course have a beer. We are not staying where we previously did so we needed to suffer through checking the coldness of the beer, Chang and Singha
